I was hoping for a little more info on a suit I inherited. It says it is a Don Richards for Brauers in Appleton WI. Google has nothing on Don Richards suits and barely any mention of a brauers menswear store that seems to no longer exist.

The suit itself is a vintage 3-button in a dark houndstooth. I would place it in the 60's with my limited knowledge...the lapels are pretty slim, the jacket cuffs only have 2 buttons and the pant cuffs are reasonably large. Construction feels good (seems to be fully canvased) but I just can't find any information about who made it.

It might be the same Don Richards who did the suits for Craig Stevens on the early 1960s TV show "Peter Gunn".
