When you arrive at an outlet, the first place to go is the customer service center. Flash your AAA card to receive the discount booklet. Polo outlet stores almost always participate in these discount booklet. The saving ranges from 15% to 20%.

Sometime near the end of November, Polo will have another Friends and Family. If you are lucky, you can get discount card as high as 50% off the outlet price. 30% off is the norm, but I've seen the 40% and 50% off discount cards.
