Given that I couldnt file till the 14th, I am guessing its gonna be a while. I will give it till the end of the week to start getting nervous.

IRS didn't start accepting returns with itemized deductions until last week. I understand this was because of Congress not passing the tax bill until December, and the IRS needed additional time to program its computers.

This is what I heard too. My CPA also told me he must file my returns electronically this year.
