Anyone familiar with the E. Zegna "Torino" fit?

Not too updated on the Zegna fits, other than Rome and Milano. How are their Torino fit suits and coats?

Torino's a great cut. Drop 8 (slim) with roped, structured shoulders. And alot of the rtw models have peak lapels (but not all).

Thanks. Are they comparable to any other mainstream suits? As far as cut/fit and styling goes. (RLBL, etc.)
I picked up a second-hand mainline Zegna Trofeo suit, in the Torino cut...won't have it here before a week or two. Measurements were good, and got it very cheap, so we'll see. The lapels weren't too slim, and button stance looked miles better than other modern suits.

There are some similarities to RLBL. But I found the roping a bit more prominent on the Torino.

I'm eyeing a Torino suit myself, so we'll see.

I would also add Corneliani's Mantua fit as a similar model.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
