Anyone familiar with the brand 'Ghost'?

I've been trying to bend Google to my will for a while now to no avail. They're made in Italy, tagged a Euro 48, wool/angora/nylon blend, interesting detailing. Kind of a flared cut but they appear to be men's. There's a British women's clothing company by the same name that comes up repeatedly in searches but the logo is off and their quality appears to be nothing like this.
