Anyone ever heard of Response Auto Insurance?

I sell insurance and have never heard of this company - they're coming in and taking tons of my clients - saving them ridiculous amounts of money - their rates are too low to make any sense - insurance is based on taking in enough premium to cover losses (and still have a profit) - but they're insuring people for less than half what I can get!
I checked out their website and it seems they're owned by Unitrin (who owns Kemper - another notorious lowballer who raises your rates after a few months - they give really cheap rates to get you in the door)...
Anyone know anything about them?
Thanks,
