I went into Marshalls yesterday to get socks (Joseph Aboud has the most comfortable navy blue dress socks, btw), and was walking through the rest of the store and stopped at the tie rack for some reason. Most of the stuff was the typical crap they sell there, but then I saw a relatively skinny navy tie by Theory that had a tiny lime pattern on it. Probably will only go with a white shirt, but I decided to try it, as most of my ties are wider. For $29.99 it can be an experiment, just wondering if anyone else had experience with them.

I have a few solid Theory ties, they seem nice although I haven't used them a huge amount.
