Anybody know a company making a decent red oxford shirt?

I've been searching for one and it has turned out to be a lot harder to find than expected. I'm not looking for anything too fancy or expensive, so no Band of Outsiders. Just a decent, slimish oxford shirt that's actually red/maroonish. It seems like every other company makes pink ones. Brooks Brother's red shirts all look pink. J Crew only makes grey and blue ones. I've never seen a decent RL one either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Ralph Lauren makes one in "rose." I own a red/maroonish button front shirt from H&M.

rit dye is an option, as white oxfords are fairly ubiquitous.

Overdying is a good suggestion, give that a try on a cheap white one. If you want it to be a bit maroon, mix in some black.

If you're trying to make a maroon, youre going to need a little blue as well. It's actually a lot more difficult than it sounds. the dye has to be mixed very well, and you have to run a few tests to make sure your proportions are good. A tiny bit of black in a cup full of red can turn it an almost-black shade.
