Anybody have backorder problems with AA?

I placed an order with AA and got a few things. The item I wanted most wasn't shipped and said that it would be shipped separately and that if it was backordered it would be shipped asap. Has anybody had this problem with AA? And how long has it taken for your stuff to come in? I wish they had their site up to date with their inventory like most sites do. It's really annoying to order stuff and then have them ship out part of your order and then tell you the rest will come whenever.

It's usually only a week or so later at the latest. I have not ordered from AA at retail but I have placed wholesale orders in the past. My girlfriend had some shirts backorder once, IIRC, but the stuff came shortly after.

Happened with one of my shirts. It showed up 3 or 4 days later. Nothing to really freak out about.

It's cool they already got a new shipment in so it's going to ship monday. I'm obsessed with their cords. I was freaking out a lil bit lol.

A is really pissing me off. They told me my cords would ship yesterday and they didn't. So I emailed them again today and a different sales rep said that the item is listed as being in stock and she emailed the backorder department and would check up on it. Hasn't shipped yet though. Dam AA get your **** together.
