The highly anticipated Tokyo trip (J, mnemonic, and myself) is rapidly approaching. We have about twelve days left until we are over the pacific.

If anyone in the TKO wants to hook up and maybe go out for a drink or something - or show us around, intro us to some hotties, etc. you should drop a line in this thread. Perhaps with an E-mail. Or PM J or myself with a phone # or something.

What are you guys going to try to sell in Japan to help pay for travelling costs? Did you guys ever figure that out?

White slave trade.

I'm actually planning on bringing stuff back here to sell. Small electronic goods, jeans, absinthe, whatever I run across that I think I can sell/use.

Better remember a bottle of KY to sneak in just a little extra.

this is an english forum... or at least keep it to the romantic languages if you want to show how sophisticated you are.

What about selling panties in Japan? I heard the Japanese have a fetish for panties and a fetish for blond, blue eyed americans. I'd imagine that american panties would be rare and therefore valuable in japan for those collectors.

Isn't it illegal to bring back absinthe into the united states?

According to http://www.absinthebuyersguide.com/ It is illegal to sell Absinthe in the US because of the thujone content in the wormwood extract. *however* it is not treated as a controlled substance. According to the same site - It is subject to confiscation by U.S. Customs, but I've seen people bring it back into the U.S. without much problem.
