Do you have another suggestion of a navy blazer under $200? How about the Anderson-Little blazer?

That's a decent blazer, and I have one that I use on the road. Especially for that price point. It travels great, road, wrinkle-free and fits quite well. The brass buttons that come with it are rather subdued, but if you'd like to tone it down further, you can get silver metals on the side.
Plus, as a New Englander, I've a special affection for the brand (well, for the "new" brand anyway).
Honestly I think blazers with metal buttons look horrendous. Get a navy sport coat and thank me later.
I disagree. A navy blazer is a classic, and can instantly "dress up" an outfit. You can tone it down with silver buttons if you must, but taking away the metal buttons sort of defeats the purpose.
