Yes, Adidas Stan Smiths:

I'm not proud of the fact that I know that. The sneakers leave something to be desired.
Is this a real question? What improvements would you suggest to them?
Yeah, some of these actually look okay. They are in the Made in England range, and I think that they are Horween. I saw some eddish ones that were pretty attractive.New Balance makes a few using Horween leather.
Not sure if CXL.
It's natural CXL. I dunno. Horween leather is fine for kicks, but a lot of times, it's like the designers put zero thought into the actual design changes needed if you are using a heavy leather like Horween tends to make. The Buttero shell cordovan sneaker was the most awkward sneaker I'd ever seen. The Buttero dudes, super nice, were so stoked to show them to everyone that I couldn't even bring myself to say anything negative. Just "Oh, they are shell. I see!" none of which was a lie.Not using horween leather? Not being beige?
Or something like Hender Schemes?I have a hard time appreciating something that goes against everything we look for in a sneaker unless it really integrates into a designer's full vision (CCP drip) and can hardly be considered a sneaker.
