Is there a Brooks Brothers in Edmonton? I was at the one in Calgary yesterday, and they had 3 for $180 deal going on some of their shirts.

No BB. Is the one at Cross Iron Mills or whatever it is called an outlet or regular store? I would be very pleased with 3 for $180.

I think I saw an sf member at ceili's last night. Dude was wearing Wolverine 1000 miles (I think), which totally gave said person away.

Think it is a "factory store". They had a decent selection of slim-fitting shirts, and the luxury line was 2 for ~160 I think..really nice shirts. I ended up with 3 of the standard and 2 of the luxury, so 5 shirts for like ~350.

When I was growing up in Saskatchewan we had milk delivered and they delivered it in plastic bags. They stopped doing that probably 15-20 years ago now - weird they still do it in Ontario though.
I remember bagged milk too (I'm from SK as well) although when I think of it now it does seem weird. I might also be up for a meet in Calgary if one ever happens.

Where to get decent priced dress shirts in the city? I will not spend $240 for an Eton or $200 for a Boss. Under a hundred bones. Thanks. I get a few at winners here and there. Are the "second tier" menswear stores worth a gander? Like Derks and Val Berg's and such?

you may want to try the derks outlet off stony plain road -- there's some cheap eton or tiger of sweden there sometimes. here in edmonton, buying online seems to be the best option, especially with all the various tailoring websites out there.

I ordered my Swims from the US at the end of the season a few years ago. I have two pair. I love 'em, but one pair is just too small; unfortunately the small pair is my basic black pair. What size are you? I don't think I'd "give them away", but I might do something close to that.

I wear a size 9.5 shoe. I guess that makes me a Large. If that would work I am sure we could figure something out.
