I feel like I'm on a never ending quest to find the right pair of jeans and on a budget. I want something comfortable but not tight and nothing baggy. I've tried to live with the Levis 514 (not raw but oil slick color), but I'm not crazy about the pair I have. There the 1% spandex 99% cotton, so I'm not sure if it's the spandex or just the over all quality but I find them to be itchy and uncomfortable feeling, even after numerous wears and several washings.

I just recently found these on Lee Jeans website, slim fit and they come in a raw indigo color. I've searched here but have found no mention of them. The few stores that are around here don't stock them, so just wondering if anyone has tried them, and if there any good. Looks like sears.com also stock them for $24 on sale.

the 'raw indigo' color doesn't look like raw(maybe its just the picture), and they really aren't all that slim.

I just wanted to update this thread, I went to the factory outlet mall today, and seen these jeans in VF outlet store. I tried them on and they are not slim fitting at all, the crotch and into the thigh was cut really big, more so then any relaxed pair of jeans I've ever tired on. Also as someone mentioned above the material is nothing special at all, very flimsy and seems to stretch as soon as you put them on (100% cotton, no spandex) Also for what it's worth, I went and tired on numerous jeans, and ended up with a pair of J Crew bootleg jeans. The main reason I went with the J. Crew is they actually stocked a 35 waist, and the thighs fit. There not M.C. Hammer width and there not super tight. All in all for $27 (sale) the J. Crew should fit the bill for a while. Thanks again for the help everyone..
