I've already dropped the bomb. if the kids want help in college they'll have to take a full course of math in HS and college. If I had a dollar for every humanities major that can't think logically to save their life, I could retire. Not a sure cure, but it can't hurt.

I've never found maths to help me with logical thinking. I found computer science classes did that pretty well. The best though was a History & Philosophy of Science subject, which would fall under humanities.
