Any experiences with Albert clothing?

I made an order with Albert clothing last week and before that they were very helpful and responded to my messages right away. After putting the order in they have stopped responding and the shipment hasn't moved at all.

Is this normal with them and have you guys had similar experiences with them?

I ordered a couple of suits from them, timely shipment, I didn't need to communicate much with them. I'm In London so that might make it easier?

what happened to your order? Please update us on the outcome of your order. I called them yesterday and a very nice lady spoke to me over the phone. They seem to have closed the showroom for customers according to what she said to me. I bought a blazer in size 48, and now I want to buy a suit, but I am not sure of how the trouser will fit. Albert clothing has a no-return policy that is keeping me away from buying more from them. Oh! there are no video reviews on youtube and not a lot of info out there, but I really like the cut and fit of my blazer. Sorry about the long rant.
