Any doubts about Shipton premium being fully equal to Crockett benchgrade in quality?

Has anybody who has owned or examined first hand shipton and heneage premiums (the models I understand to be made by CJ ) perceived any shortcuts or deficiencies next to regular Crockett mainline benchmade shoes?

I want to order but I am just being anal. I am concerned that just because something is made by crockett that it does not necessarily mean the quality is equal?

I've tried to research this and I couldn't really find an unequivocal answer on this.

With so many CJ models and sizes out of stock SH almost seems to good to be true

I know we are not talking about handgrades. I just want full CJ benchmade quality

They seem to be exactly the same, from the couple of models I handled instore.

Even to the point where they had C&J stamped on the sole instead of Shipton & Heneage.

I had a pair of S&H wingtips and it was a typical high quality C&J shoe

Link? Are these only available on the US site? Edit: Nevermind, looks like they only appear on the US site. Annoying.
