Any Canadian custom clothier company that makes good outerwear?

Preferably a local one like in Toronto.
One that makes good peacoats/trenchcoats/topcoats

No idea, but O'Connells has a MTM program as far as I know
for suits/sprtcoats. I discussed it with them by phone( I am in
California). It might extend to outerwear.

I know they have outerwear and made to order coats but I don't think they have mtm outerwear. Otherwise I would've done it for sure

It should also be noted that Samuelson definitely does MTM overcoats and the like.
