Any Canadian custom clothier company that makes good outerwear?

O'connells has an extensive RTW outerwear collection with

No idea, but O'Connells has a MTM program as far as I know
for suits/sprtcoats. I discussed it with them by phone( I am in
California). It might extend to outerwear.

Online yes, yet MTM suits and outerwear are done in shop.
