Any advice what to wear with this tweed sport coat?

Hello,

I'm new to the forum and this is my first post! My colleague's father passed away and she asked me to help move some of his belongings from his home. My colleague began rummaging through the closet and I noticed a tweed sport coat which seemed rare and unique. I ended up taking the jacket home. The primary colors are red/sky blue, with yellow borders.

It's a very funky looking jacket, but I truly love it! However, I'm not sure what to wear with this jacket (color shirt, pants, and shoes). I will appreciate any suggestions from the forum.

Navy or charcoal flannel, or cords. They’re nice fall colors.

White or ecru oxford cloth shirt - blue might be too much with the blue in the coat.

Thank you both for the advice! I really want to pull this look off, but what I have in my closet right now may not do the trick. The picture makes the sport coat look orange than the reddish color to the naked eye. Thanks for the tips.

May I add the choice of dark washed denim. I think it would look beautiful if you want a more casual look.

Trousers - White, light grey or charcoal works with pretty much anything. Cotton/flannel for white, wool/flannel for grey.

Shirts - medium wash denim.
