Anyone experienced placing an order with AM and having radio silence after making payment? I did a private order with them - they were responsive and all of a sudden after I made payment they have not replied any of my emails for a week ??‍♂️

I typically assume whenever I place an order with any maker that I’ll hear plenty on guidance and help with fitting and details and then I’ll hear from them again whenever it’s time for them to ship.

In this case, I had to clarify a vibram half sole which was omitted from the order. This was spotted after the order was paid for. Certainly that should constitute guidance and clarification. I cannot understand the lack of response.

Btw the previous Aurum limited edition is coming back as Handwelted stock at a very very attractive price. Last: Chisel 3 and fitting is the same as Chisel 1/2.

Very interesting, but I'm not sure exactly what you mean. You mean there will be a stock of RTW, in a certain set of specs that used to be Aurum limited edition? I'm afraid I don't really know what that Aurum limited edition was.

I spoke with Antonio on Instagram for an hour this weekend. He was at the pool with his kiddos. Maybe they might have had some vacations? I would try again they are super friendly.
