Is this the one AM posted on IG, looks great!
Yes, he stripped off the original dark brown when I told him I already had a dark brown loafer and patina to burgundy. He even add more room to the instep and heel area for me. RTW with MTO service. Antonio is indeed the best, not just in skill but in customer service!

Very true.

Update on my Capri order: Antonio is working on a removable insole solution for my pair. It'll allow for a tighter fit if I need it or more room if I decide to go with the "thicker sock during winter" route.

when you say removable you mean it will stay on without a glue and you can remove any time?

Talking of removable insole, I sized up 0.5 from my usual size of AM 7.5 on this pair… it was easy to put on / take off, if not slightly loose.

But nothing detracts from its serious beauty/

Did not realize AM worked with shell!

It was a special project. Shell wholecut chelseas aren’t easy to make, and most makers have stopped offering them. It took me a bit of effort to convince Antonio to do it even as an MTO pair.

I know this is not the right thread, but expect a comparison soon with my AM
