Probably leather dependent, my only EB is horween hatchgrain short Chelsea, zero break in, I was running after my 3 years old on balance bike in it on first wear

though it might be 1/4 size too big in my case (or even 1/8, vs your too small case)

In the contrary, I found EB almost impossible to break in. Given that my pair is a pair black oxford, it never gave 0.25 size to my feet as I believe I am 2 sizes in between...

Are yours the black cordovan? Mine's just the regular etrusco calf, although like clee1982 mine are on the slightly loose side, now that they're broken in anyway.

I wore mine a few hours at a time at home to until they were broken in before going a full day, I can't break any shoe in immediately on one wear, even sneakers.

well, on sneaker I put it on and do a 5k run on first wear, I would say the bottom of my feet actually probably feel more pressure point from break in sneaker that way than dress shoe... (edit: but I don't run in dress shoe, so not really fair, and afterwards sneaker is sneaker just pretty easy all around)

ha... I almost got this pair. It was when they were having 40% off, but then only U.K. 8 was left (I like a tighter fit after break in, so U.K. 7.5 is preferred). In any case, congratulations! The FineShoes clearance is one of the best chances to get AM with lasted trees!

I have 57 pairs of shoes with a scafora and 8 Santos samples arriving soon....it’s been a royal struggle to sell the used pairs from my collection.
