Wait Kostas, so the Patina Equites principes are in fact handwelted at that price?!

Edit: Equites

Let me share with you guys a story I heard. Certainly, it doesn't mean anything.

Once upon a time, there was a shirtmaker. He had an agent in the Lateral Kingdom.

Agent was naughty. Copied shirtmaker's design, pattern, and everything and launched their own brand.

As retribution, shirtmaker upgraded all shirts from his lower-end collection to the higher-end handmade spec, secretly, as a gift to all his direct customers.

Does it make sense to you now? ;)

I suggest 8, remind him to put in 8.5 trees so you can later stretch problem areas by doing tree modification yourself.

Soft square series (i.e. Argentum Soft Square / Aeris Soft Square B05) feel half size smaller - so it can be painful to break in if you follow my size recommendation. But you will be rewarded after breaking in the shoes.

Are you making wholecut / non-wholecut style(s), and will it be in triple box crust or (experimental) patina suede?
It’s the equites above so a captoe I suppose. Thanks for the recommendations

Then really is between 8/8.5

I like the clean look after breaking in of smaller shoes. So originally I would take same size as my CJ. But first time wearers of AM should perhaps take 8.5 for soft square series.

Thank you I will also discuss with Antonio but I am leaning to that :)

I have a same pair with him on the making! interestingly when he sent me picture, shoes was medium brown, I said I love the colour but dark brown would be nicer... he mentioned something about "cream still will change colour", and something about me having a choice, I said I'd be happy either way so let's see what colour I get...

One of the shoes was actually a bit darker than the other when I got them. I used neutral color and a lot of buffing to take out some of the brown polish to lighten up one of the shoes and get them to match better. I imagine used a dark brown cream will do a good job changing the pigment.

I would double check with him on that, might be some copy paste error, that's almost too cheap for handwelt, that's same price as argentum welt, and if it's argentum welt it does not usually include tree, though if it's truly handwelt, incredible value

edit: for example this is the one I ordered and its argentum welt, actually slightly higher than yours

In case nobody else has emailed about it yet, I just heard back from AM that the Equites 2 pre-order is really hand welted like the description says. Looks like a terrific value and a really tempting purchase...

Wasn't the price always 532-573 euros? That what I seem to remember- did it go up?
