Probably best to email, G fitting is not even a selectable option, I think he can do existing last tweak (like StC) to all the way personalized last, not sure how much he charge for that though

Well, their standard wide fitting is F (which was not wide enough), I assume they would understand G to be wider. I will confirm. Thanks.clee1982 has a good point. G can mean something different to different shoemakers, so definitely email them and verify.

Can those be resoled?
Rubber soles are glued to the leather mid sole where upper was stitched down. So you peel off rubber and attach new one when the soles are worn down.No idea, but it would take a ton of wear to get to that point. The soles are very thick.
