Oct has been a great month shoe wise and just last week I received 2 new pairs from Antonio who is starting to become by main purveyor of fine footwear!

The 1st pair is a low boot with Norvegian stitching and rubber soles

The 2nd pair is even more interesting as it is a chisel last which he made specially!

AlexG23: Nice! Especially like the hatch grain boot. The medallion on the oxford is too much for me personally, but the rest of the shoe looks great.

Barker Black does offer skull'n'bones on their medallion, but this Meccariello version is much more ominous and voluptuous. It pairs well with that chameleon leather, the shoes are fun. Not for business, unless you're an undertaker or pirate, but for pleasure.

Well I'm not an undertaker nor a pirate but will be wearing this pair at work, I wanted something fun and different and Antonio undertook the challenge

Hey Alex, that looks like it was inspired by the Chaves.

I think a chelsea boot has an elastic side whereas here it is a mix of leather and green suede

here's a lousy photo taken with my Blackberry
