I thought I start a thread were we can post pictures of Anthony Delos' work and some other things that are related to him, rather than have 5 or 6 threads about him.

I would but am dramatically lacking Delos shoes.

Here is something Anthony is working on :

An oxford in cherry calf, with an added cap-toe, chiseled toe. A medallion that will be in goat-suede.
It shall also be slightly punched, around the medallion and at the stitching of the cap-toe. There will be no added back quarters.

What you see here are the pictures of the trial pair :

To be continued, with ugly pictures of the pair being cut open.

Yes, pretty close, we may just cream them with some black to add some shades. Mind you, the cap-toe will be the same colour as the rest. Only the medallion will be a different colour and material.

He did njoy making my dark green oxfords ..The glacage and patina were superb.

Why has one shoe a toe cap, but not the other one? - Is that design or can't you just get off the fence?

That's because the toe-caps won't be in a contrasting colour and the trial pair had to be done within 2 weeks.

Just to be difficult - I quite like the contrasting vamp and toe-cap
