But, i have no experience about Anthony Cleverley. so, i wonder Anthony Cleverley model`s sizing.

I heard that all Anthony Cleverley model use the same last.

So, are the same size all Anthony Cleverley? regardless of type ex)oxford, loafer etc.

cf) I`m wear EG Dover 606last 9F, 888Last 9F. if this, Do I have to wear a 9F AC as well?

This is hard question,
it depend on foot.

The A.C should be same size in length as E.G,
but foot width and shape and how it sits in shoe can make a big difference.

Sometimes man can wear size 9 in EG and wear size 9 in AC,
but sometimes man needs size 9.5 in A.C if he has a certain type of foot.

A.C is very elegant shoe,
so less forgiving with many feet,
so sometimes man need to size up by half.

If you have wide foot or foot slightly long in the EG it can be problem for the AC.
If foot pushes outward or little toes angle outward it can be problem with A.C.

The A.C is the shoe that is risky to buy untried if one not have perfect elegant feet.

A.C is meant for certain elegant feet.
It is all about creating bespoke look,
It need to look tidy and clean on foot,
so sizing up not always good idea with this last.

Apologies in advance for piggybacking off the original post, but I just purchased the attached Kingsman/Cleverley shoe from Mr. Porter. As you can see, my ankle/heel is quite narrow and I have extra space in most if not all makes and models save for something like a Carmina Simpson, which is too narrow in the forefoot. Is there anything that can be done to make the shoe fit better or is it best I return? I’m not sure a tongue pad will do much good in terms of occupying the open space around the ankle. I’d like to keep this shoe as it fits better than most if not all makes and models I’ve tried if I can get the fit halfway there. Thanks in advance the help and advice.

That's tough. Looks like it may not be the last for you. What size is it?

It’s a 7.5. I have had an exceptionally difficult time finding a last that fits, and even had a MTM done at Vass in Budapest and they were unable to make a shoe that adequately fit my feet. Have narrow heels/ankle, fallen arches/flat feet and a wider forefoot. This shoe actually fits better than most, or at least the other Cleverley lasts I’ve been able to try. Only shoes that fit decently well in the heel are Carmina Inca in a 7.5 with a leather insert to eat up some volume in the forefoot and the Simpson also in a 7.5, but it’s really snug in the forefoot. Generally size down to a 7 for unlined suede loafers, stay with a 7.5 for calf, but loafers are tough for my foot shape. Also the last/model is Harry, I don’t know if it’s made specifically for Mr. Porter for the movie/line or just renamed from an existing last.

Have you tried the 348 last by crockett and jones? It's a low volume last, and fits great.

If you're going to return the kingsman shoes shoes, I can take it off your hands (it's my size as well).

I did try the last and all others when I was in the CJ store in NYC a few months ago, nothing worked. Actually, one of the other shoes that I have that fits quite well is a Peal and Co shoe by Sargent on the 87 last, I believe. Really want to make these work as needed a brown shoe and love the shape and color of these, but will PM re keeping/selling/returning.

Just FYI, kingsman cleverley are not made by
C&J like standard GC rtw, but rather alfred sargent, so its a completely different last than 348 for instance (I own both, btw).

I also own an anthony cleverley oxford and wear a size 7. I wear a size 7.5E in eg888 (older production) and they are the same length and AC in my opinion is not particularly narrow. In fact, GG tg73 same size is quite a bit sharper up front. I will also say that I recently tried a new eg82 chelsea in size 7.5 and it was way too full and did not work. Not sure whether its the last or batch that made this big diff. to the 888 I own.

Bottom line, u go figure. And try them on.

I don't own any Anthony Cleverley's, only George Cleverley's. I have however tried them in their London store. The size 8UK was perfect for me. I prefer a size UK8.5 in Edward Green (lasts 202, 137, 184 and 888). I have relatively narrow heels, slim ankles and low arches with a somewhat wider forefoot.
