Jamaican, I agree with E.T., solid choice

The galosh line is angled up appropriately and the medallion adds a bit of formality to me

I liked it

Now is it double or single soled?

How long did it take for them to deliver and of course how much did you have to cough up for it?

Thanks... Single soled.

I've not worn them as yet. I have had my tailor (cutter) make some flared tousers for me... so I am gonna wear the boots, blue trousers (perhaps with a white window pane), a dark shirt or polo neck and a sports jacket - I have a grey Barbera Lesser herringbone and a blue/black herringbone sports jacket as well... so I am thinking dark and moody... perhaps with jeans as well: levis capital e, loose boot cut. (Was incidentally looking for some appropriate Rogans but its complicated).

Oh yeh... these took approx. 6 weeks (no not months, weeks) to be delivered.

Hi guys,

can anyone please comment on the price of C&J Avebury boots in US? Are these available in black? Furthermore, where can they be ordered from for a good price? London or elsewhere?

I tried CJ NY store but the salesperson had no idea what I was talking about. They can order Villiers though for about $750 plus tax.

thanks
