Andy Richter to rejoin Conan on "Tonight Show"

Apparently he will be the announcer when Conan starts on the Tonight Show in June. I'm guessing he will also be used in skits.

I'll be happy to see Andy again, but it sucks that they are getting rid of Joel Goddard. He was in some really hilarious skits.

Conan noted (on the last show?) that they're coming with him to LA ... which I thought was odd, 'cause aren't they all established NY session guys?

not sure about the weinberg 7, but max weinberg himself is definitely coming out.

and agreed...as much as I want to like him...Andy Richter is not funny, as evidenced by his post-Conan career.

might be true, but as a sidekick he compliments Conan.

I hate Max Weinberg and the rest of his crew. Conan should make Joel a drummer and band leader . They should play all intros off-key and Joel should drum uncontrollably during the show.

Andy Richter should be fired after each show, just for laughs.

+1 They can have a good dynamic.

Also it is someone else to be used when they do sketches. I wonder if Pimpbot 5000 will be making the trip to the left coast?
