Will you keep offering the Griffith wholecut? I love the shoe but don't quite want to spend money on new shoes right now, so I'm planning to hold off a few months before buying it.

    Hi everyone,

I'm looking to finally investing in a good pair of dress shoes. I have my eye on either the handgrade or benchgrade black oxfords. Is there a consensus on the sizing for these shoes?

I am usually a 10.5 in most sheakers (creative recreation)

I measure my feet with socks on to be 11.3 inches long and 3.9 inches at the widest part.

I suggest a size 10 US. You are welcome to exchange them if they do not fit.

    Guys,

This one is mine. I was looking for a summer business suit, and so we settled on this material, which was lightweight and fairly breathable.

I went with the wide lapel option, which I think looks great here.

I'm meeting Andrew next week to try on the suit and make sure everything looks good--will make sure to post some more thoughts once I've taken full delivery and worn it a couple of times. I also ordered a tuxedo--excited to see how that came out!

I wear an E width in the AE 5 last, so it sounds like getting the same size might be a perfect match?

Beautiful suit! They'll be hanging one like it on Daniel Craig before you know it... [IMG]

Dumb question, asked in perfect sincerity- why make it 3 button when it is always worn, and essentially looks like, a two button?

I wouldn't go so far as to say it's an E width. Buy it and try it on. Pretty sure AL takes returns.

You bet we do. Just try it on a carpet the first time. You have a month to send it back for refund or exchange.

Yes, I already checked the return policy, and I have my cat-proof storage areas for all possible returns well worked out to avoid incidents [IMG]. The 12E in the 5 last actually has plenty of room on its own - I usually buy shoes with enough room to add an insole for additional arch support that I need, so I've got a bit of "wiggle room", as it were, to adjust with different insoles. Methinks some new shoes are in my near future.
