one can make the arguement that NAFTA is detrimental to small businesses in Mexico. The fact larger chains like Wal-Mart/Sam's Club can now do business in central/south american countries has wiped out their local competition.
Sam's is actually one of the largest employers in Mexico.
I think it's a little ridiculous and ethnocentric for most Americans to assume that we're the only one's taking a hit.
