An experienced London shopper in London -addresses wanted

I know this is somewhat of a cyclical thread here at SF, but I'm going to London in early December for one week-end which will most probably be devoted to shopping.

I usually shop on Jermyn Str (Hilditch & Key and New & Lingwood are my favorites shirtmakers, I like Hackett as well, I'm fond of EG), make a stroll on Savile Row (but don't buy anything there), run through Burlington and Piccadilly arcades, walk on Sloane Street and on Brompton Road ...

From what's above you can see where my priorities are: classical English clothing (shirts, ties, suits, shoes, and accessories). I'm going to London on a very regular basis and woud like to discover new spots.

Hence my question: are there other shops I should definitely pay a visit to ? Things I have always missed and which I should see, in Mayfair or elsewhere ?

I'm also looking for a nice restaurant in Central London (budget around 30 GBP per person wines excl.). Any suggestions ?

I dont know if it qualifies as central London but the Savoy Hotel's grill room, while not as grand as it used to be is still quite nice.

Budd of Piccadilly, in the Piccadilly Arcade off Jermyn St -- classic shirts of good quality and excellent formal accessories.

Cleverley in the Royal Arcade -- excellent RTW by Crockett & Jones.

Connolly, Conduit St -- gorgeous accessories, leathergoods, etc.

Bamford & Sons, Sloane Square -- very British menswear and men's toys emporium

Udeshi, Davies St -- excellent and very cool menswear and accessories with classic inspiration

Aquascutum, Regent St -- despite themselves, still some wonderful quality classic garments down to sized socks and excellent gloves

Hayward, Mount St -- 1960s tailor with elegant accessories

Rubinacci -- fantastic Neapolitan tailor now on Mount St, also nice accessories IMMSMC.

Cordings, Piccadilly -- classic country wear, bar none.
