I see a guy on a machine made specifically for exercising the forearm, one arm at a time. If he targets each muscle group like that he'll be there for 5 hours.

And my quads and delts are extremely sore.

If I ever need a forearm excercise out side of masturbating, kill me. (Btw: I did deadlifts and some squats yesterday for the first time in 3 weeks and Im dying here. Keep us posted on leg day!)

Now that I think of it, he was probably using the biceps curl machine, but only curling his hand to isolate the forearm.

In anticipation of crippling soreness, I only squatted 3x10 of 135lbs yesterday. Today I can barely walk.

If I take 2-3 weeks off and do a typical leg day, I'll barely be able to walk for a week. I kind of like it.

If you want to see those sorts of machines in action, check out Alexey Voevoda training on youtube. World champion arm wrestler, and silver medallist in the winter olympics bobsleigh.

Forearms are also pretty durn useful if you ever have to do any lifting things that don't have bars attached.
