New arrivals!

Loden braces in three colours.

Traditional loden is a very heavy fabric, ideal for coats and sturdy jackets. It finds its origin in the Tyrol region in Austria.
Fine merino wool is woven and specially treated to create a very compact, water repellent fabric, that slightly resembles both felt and flannel. For many centuries Loden has been the cloth of choice for hunters and outdoorsmen in general, often in its distinctive loden green colour.

Nowadays more lightweight lodens are also available, which we source directly from the Leichtfried Loden mill, and which are great for making beefy autumn/winter ties and these wonderful braces!

After a long wait, we’re finally ready to introduce our newly arrived dress shirts.

They all have our own AH1 collar and at least 3 steps sewn by hand: armholes, buttons and gussets.

These shirts are great for both business and smart casual wear, so they are real staple shirts for your wardrobe.

I’ll go through our IG feed and post some suggestions here!
I noticed there is an obvious bias toward the Dutcj Golden Age painters with your pocket squares.

Being a Dutch brand we felt like celebrating our Dutch Masters. The most versatile squares being the Milkmaid by Vermeer and Selft-portrait by Van Gogh.

I'd splurge for Vermeer's Astronomer or Geographer in a heartbeat. (They're two of my favorite paintings.)

Do you have tie/ps suggestions for your denim shirt? Any other styling ideas?
Just a few quick suggestions..
Virtually all our solid ties will work with this shirt, whether grenadine, Fresco, loden or tweed. Also most ties with (mid to dark) blue in them should be good, like the madders and some Orange Label printed silk ones.

The royalties on those paintings make them too expensive to use for our squares, sadly.. (at least for the Astronomer, which is at the Louvre.. we contacted them, but it really would become way too expensive).

I would love to see more famous painting on squares.
