I just spoke to Salvatore and conveyed to him everyone's frustration with the delays and communication problems. He wanted me to let everyone know that he is aware of the issues and is working hard to resolve them. He assured me that the orders he has collected on his U.S. visits will be completely as promptly as possible. So, if you have an outstanding order, it can't hurt to shoot him another e-mail including your shipping address: [email protected]. As you all know, he is trying to expand his business, which is no small cause of the delays. However, he is also expanding his staff, which should include someone who will make sure orders get processed in a timely fashion. Hopefully, things will go more smoothly going forward.

"Going forward"? Ugh. Don't tell us you're some kind of management person now.

Didn't realize that was some sort of specialized lingo.

It's pretty standard American Business English. It's not the worst neologism of the dialect. The English seem to look down on much American speech. They might learn to play rugby first.

I find it funny how people treat Ambrosi different with his delays and communication problems than Scott Hill and his shortcomings.

Salvatore is sometimes late but he always comes through. At least he has so far.

No, not at all.

Look, I was getting very frustrated with him too. I'm not excusing him. Just saying that some of the comparisions are false and unfair.

Ambrosi is frustrating but in my experience has always delivered.

Also, this is what you get when dealing with smaller, mom and pop shop type operations. Sometimes real life intrudes.

Still, at his prices, I'd be pretty pissed.

How long has everyone waited for their goods?
