Or maybe somewhere in New England.
We are generally supposed to stick to our own threads, yes. However, circumstances like this are unique. If I had seen anybody's personal info posted in any thread, I would do the same as I did here and immediately notify the moderators (which I have done in this case). I'd rather get in trouble for over-extending my authority than have my work details out on the forum for a second longer.
matt when you asked me
to talk to salvatore in may
to try to sort it out
he tried to send you an email several times
then he contacted me
to ask me to send his email to you
which i did
and i sent a followup email
i received no reply
we both sent it to your same email
you used to reply to ethan
and i tried several times
to call you
on your mobile
and at work
but no response.
maybe your office email
is filtering mails from gmail?
Totally appropriate, IMO. Just curious.
You have my Gmail address and my personal cell phone number. You have not contacted either since you threatened me through another forum member.
that's who you understand, not everything in life you pay for .. free and happy ... little money not happy ... maybe it gave rise problems .. we go slowly so you do understand the truth
I cannot believe this is vendor to customer communication. Irrespective of what happened between Matt and Salvatore the tone and content of this mail cannot be justified. I worked with a couple of tailors from Napoli and they were both professionals and gentlemen, which is obviously not the case here.
Providing evidence to support your side of the argument is fine as long as you do not spread private information like someone's email address or place of work.
Maybe the case--I sent you a PM about this minutes ago.
Regardless, this all came to surface more than a year ago. If he understands he is in the wrong, he should understand that waiting until June of this year to reach out to me is not going to suddenly make everything right, and he should have been more diligent about getting in touch with me after realizing his efforts were not getting responses.
I believe you both have my personal phone number. I have not received any calls from either of you. He has my personal e-mail address, as well.
That was exactly my reaction. I don't know either of them (although I note the other posters in the thread who've had problems with Ambrosi). But posting something like this just beggars belief.
+1. I was really surprised a vendor would communicate with his or her unhappy customers in this manner.
Sorry - meant totally appropriate to redact your personal information. I wasn't meaning to criticise that decision in enquiring about the DH thing - just curious. As I said, posting a customer's personal data in a public forum is another nail in the coffin of this guy's credibility as far as I'm concerned.
I believe this man has joined the party in one form or another . . .
환영 . . .
yes your pm clarified a few things
but the telephone numbers i have
are from when you have contacted me
and all those were no longer functional
when i tried to call
or when he tried to call
as for the email
he does not have it
only the 'other' one
I guarantee you he does have my personal e-mail address. He first met me in 2007, when I was still in law school. Obviously, I had no work e-mail address then. Unless we were conducting business solely by telephone, written mail, fax, or telepathy, he isn't being truthful to you. I can post e-mails proving the matter, but I don't think anybody really doubts what I'm saying, as it isn't the first time he's claimed to become mysteriously unable to contact a client.
The same goes for my phone number. I've given him my personal number many, many times, and asked him to call me.
Separate names with a comma.
