Alternative to Crockett & Jones Snowdon for winter

I live in Sweden and there is a lot of snow here and i need a new pair of dressed winter boots. I like the Snowdon from CJ but i would like a pair of boots without lacing. Do you have some tips on shoes that would fit the rainy and snowy climate here in the north?

I think the Veldtschoen technic is the best to use on a winter shoe with a rough leather, a shame that the Cheaney's Hampton didnt came in black. If anyone find a pair of chelsea boots in black Veldtschoen let me know
