I recently purcahsed a suit from Sierra Trading Post that needs some minor alterations, including shortening the sleeves and finishing the trousers. Can anybody recommend a place to go in Minneapolis? I am new to the area.

Thanks.

Top Shelf Clothing does high-end alterations in addition to running an MTM shirt and suit operation. They are on the corner of 31st & Lyndale.

Colonial Cleaners is a local environmentally-friendly cleaner that also does alterations (I like their green credentials, so I frequent them). They are on the corner of 37th & Lyndale.

Otherwise the Yellow Pages will probably work if you're not on the Southside.

Aaron, do you have any experience with Top Shelf's MTM work? I passed by their shop for the first time last night - I hadn't noticed it before.
