Alterations - Am I asking for too much?

I'm interested in an Isaia 54L suit that measures:

Shoulders - 19.5"
Chest - 47"
Arm length -26.5"
Length - 33"

Pants -

Waist -37.5"
Inseam - 39"

I generally take a 42L OTR. Ideally I fit into the following:

Shoulders - 19.5"
Chest - 43/44"
Arm length - 27.25"
Length - 32.5"

Pants -

Waist - 35"
Inseam - 33"

I like the suit measurements except for the chest and the waist. Would it require too extreme a set of alterations to expect the suit to fit properly?

The chest seems too high a difference and as I understand it near impossible to alter.

but I bet you could add 3 inches to your chest in about a year of lifting weights
