I have a pair of Allevol 002 slim jeans in 14.6oz selvedge denim. I like them and they fit me perfectly. The construction and quality of the fabric is excellent. After a couple of wears however, there was a minor issue with a button hole. I took some pictures of it and emailed them to their customer service. The answer came immediately. Taka, who is one of the owners I believe, apologised, explained that there is a 1% defect rate in their production range and offered to either repair it, while paying for all the shipping involved or to send me a new pair from their non-selvedge range. I decided to have the button hole repaired by my tailor and received a new pair of Allevol jeans a couple of days later.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. Dealing with Taka demonstrated that Allevol is a company that stands behind their products and cares for their customer.
