Any opinions on this shoe? Anybody have experience with this style? I was looking for something that would be a good all weather shoe. It has a rubber sole which I know isn't too popular here. Is it too casual to wear with a suit? I'm open to any ideas or alternatives. Thanks.

I think it's too casual for a suit. Good similar AE offerings include the Delray and the Seneca, both more appropriate with a suit & tie Delray:
