Allen Edmonds quality control

This is my second pair of Neumora shoes that have been delivered to me. Each time the wait has been over a month the first time I thought it was a fluke and just sent them back but this time they are back and they are worse. Is Allen Edmonds outsourcing their work now or has something changed? This is my lucky number 13th pair of Allen Edmonds and this has never happened before.

If these are supposed to be firsts return them. This is unnaceptable. Or draw this to AE's attention and see what compensation they offer. Keep us updated.

Last time i had a slightly imperfect product I called Allen Edmonds and they offered a decent discount that I accepted. I guess it depends on what it is worth to you. Either way they will probably take care of the situation.

Are those supposed to be from the rough collection or something?

I've bought 6 pairs of AEs, and the only ones that ever looked like that were by design (Lubbock / Neumok).

No rough collection, they are the neumoras, I am just returning them they said they are cranking them out as fast as possible because of the demand
