This is a special pair of Higgins Mill boots for a few reasons. First, it initially came with a red Dainite sole, but I had it resoled with black Dainite by Wyatt and Dad Cobbler (check out their Instagram). I also had them add a metal shank. This gives the boot better support, but it does set off metal detectors. The second reason this is a special boot is because of the quality of the creasing. I have a bit of history with Higgins Mill boots and have bought and returned over a dozen pairs...
