Allen Edmonds fit & size guide

Anyone used the AE fit & size guide before?

I'm thinking of getting a pair of AEs, probably the Strand, Mcallister, or Larchmont. I know they use different lasts, but I don't have access to any AE store where I'm right now. This means I'll be purchasing online.

My feet measures 9D exactly on the guide. Any ideas what size I should be going for the Strand, Mcallister, or Larchmont?
(anyone with personal experience with the paper guide?)

Go to any store that sells AE's and try on a few pair. Going to the actual store would be ideal, but if you can't other stores should work. I don't have experience with the paper guide.

Unfortunately, AEs cannot be found where I live. Any other way of finding out? Or are AEs similar in sizing to perhaps... Church's?
