I’ve been watching some shoe polishing tutorials online and one was from The Hanger Project where they spent $50 on a used pair of Allen Edmonds and cleaned them up. It seemed like an economical way to end up with a great pair of unique kicks so I gave it a shot.

I was able to find a pair of AE Fairhavens for $46, shipping included. The condition looks great for a shoe that’s been discontinued for a while and the leather already had a nice patina. Anyways, I cleaned them up a little, conditioned the leather and added a little more “age” to them. Let me know what you think!

Also, I should give credit to Mbaldinger because I basically tried to copy what he’s already done.
