It seems to me the only difference is the single vs. double sole. Are there other differences? If not, which would you choose and why?

The extra cost of the Cambridge is the fact they're made of shell cordovan which in itself is an expensive material. Search the forum for discussions on the benefits and properties of shell cordovan to see if cordovan is worth shelling out the extra money on.

is that allen edmonds ebay store still around? i can't seem to find it. anywhere else to get these cheaper or should i just suck it up and pay full price if i want some ae shoes?
