1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Was in the AE shop yesterday looking at the Italian line slip-ons, and the Bristols in particular caught my eye. They're much sleeker than they look in that picture--in fact they look reminiscent of the (dare I say it?) JL Edward (OK, not quite so beautiful, but a similar last-shape). I've never seen them mentioned around here. Anyone own a pair?

this is me, going for a record bump of 3.5 years I just acquired a pair, nib, firsts, for cheap, and I really like them. the plain toeness/styling is not like a typical loafer, and from many angles just look like a plain toe blucher or boot here they are with some blue/grey jeans, last pic is closest to true color thoughts? I have them in black and brown. They are very comfortable and really look great for a dress casual setting.
