1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

If i may say so, I think the Pippy comments are a bit far fetched [IMG]

I see where they're coming from, though!

RE the jeans - I'm young and at an internship where it's smart-casual (but even more casual than smart-casual)

Love the socks in general. Source? I've been looking for horizontally striped socks where the stripes are narrow like these for a while, and can't seem to find any....

BTW, personally, it seems like the there is an "excess of laces". Should I cut them or something??

Uhm so I was just trying to use my Allen Edmonds horsehair shoebrush, and so many hairs are falling out? Is this normal? Or did I just get a dud brush?

Stop brushing so hard! No, seriously, some hairs will fall out. But this should stop after a few uses.

Thank you for the tip. I just bought 3 pairs. Free shipping worked.

It always hurts a little to pay full price for shoe trees.

I picked up a pair of McTavishs for cheap. They seem to have been only worn a couple of times and never outside. I would have preferred them in Tan/Natural but I don't have any black shoes so these will do for those occasions. I think they work well with dark jeans or charcoal/gray trousers. I'm also a big fan on the double-thick sole. It makes the shoe feel more solid and I can actually notice the slight height difference at 5'8" =X

Thanks for the heads-up! Just got myself two pairs. Wouldn't have learned of this otherwise.
