Does the Shoe Bank have an email to which you can send questions, or are they only contacted by phone? I tried looking it up on the website, but it appears that specific page has been taken down.

I'll be receiving my first pair of AE's this week in the mail (strands in walnut). Is there a shoe tree recommended to use or do all brands work the same? Also what items and products would I need to care for my shoes. Thanks!

Shoe tree selection seems to be a matter of personal preference. Make sure they are cedar.

You can see a variety of shoe trees from Woodlore (a subsidiary of AE) here

You can get Woodlore shoe trees from Nordstrom Rack for under $15. This is the same company that makes AE's shoe trees.

^^^ Nordstrom Rack is very nice. Do not construe my previous post as an endorsement for purchasing direct. It's just an example to give you an idea of the different products offered. You can get very discounts around town and on the web.

I've used [email protected] for seconds. Jean is very helpful and pleasant.

Just ordered the AE's Fifth Avenue in black from Amazon. As a prime member they took 15% off and I knocked of $20 with some discovercard reward points! I got them for $255.00 I saw them this weekend at Nordstrom's for about $312.
