    Yep... Went completely boring with the standard make up... Just wanted a burgundy strand (not knowing they would make it the webgem 3 weeks later!)

    Thx. I already have the Strands so Cliftons are a natural choice over Sanfords for me :)

    Why can't you? These are a pretty simple style and versatile in my opinion, thats what I like about them.

    I hear you on that! I also ordered a pair of Merlot Strands a week ago and wasn't informed it would be the next WebGem.....

    Just got McTavish in the mail. They are larger than other 5 last that I have (Strands, Fifths, Park Aves). Everyone experience the same?

    Hello gents,

    Was wondering how I could transform the kind of brand-new-Dark-Burnished Brown into a more... nicer "browner" color. Would really like to lighten them up a bit. They're so dark right now.

    What about leaving them in the sun for a few hours? That might help a little.

    I used AE's saddle brown polish to lighten up a pair of Delrays. Really like the result.

    IMO shoes built on an elongated last look best on men with a similar physique. I'm too barrel chested and need shoes that make my feet look smaller than they are.
